WHAT KIND OF PHOTOGRAPHER AM I?
I’m a lifestyle photographer, which means I primarily use natural light, in the outdoors, using natural elements as my backdrop. Lifestyle photography is a happy marriage between documentary style photography and traditional portraiture where I use prompts and direction to evoke sincere and genuine emotions.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO A PHOTOSHOOT?
Some people enjoy the process of coordinating their outfits, and others are more fancy free, we will discuss this before hand. I also offer services where I can choose and plan outfits for you that match the scenery - just ask me about it! If you would like to choose on your own outfits: I suggest focusing on one or two pieces ‘statement pieces’ (say a bold dress or shirt) and have everyone else dress in a way that compliments those pieces. HOW DO YOU CHOOSE WHICH IMAGES WILL BE IN MY GALLERY FROM OUR SESSION?
Every photo I share with my clients has meaning to me and I only choose the photos I believe accurately reflect your family and my ‘photographic style’.
WHERE WILL MY SESSION BE HELD?
We will decide together once we start talking! Depending on your location, you can choose from forest, mountains, beach, your own neighborhood, or home.
WHEN WILL MY PHOTOS ARRIVE AND HOW DO I PURCHASE MORE?
You can expect your photos between 3-4 weeks. They will be uploaded to an online, password protected, shareable gallery, and your photos will be available to view and download as many times as you like for another 14 days following the upload. You will be notified by email and text as soon as they are available to view. Through this online gallery you can order as many prints as you like. All images in the gallery are yours to keep - so no time is wasted meticulously “choosing” your digital images!
ARE PAYMENT PLANS AVAILABLE?
Once the booking is confirmed a $150.00 deposit must be paid to secure the date and receive your welcome package. The remaining amount can be paid at any time between the booking and date of the shoot, but the final payment must be paid on, or before, the day of the shoot.
